As I gained weight over the last past years too, I tried to get rid off it recently. Well, in the spring and summertime I did all types of sports, like playing Soccer, Basketball or just jogging alone around a nearby lake. And that was really the best thing I could do. Besides I read some articles about healthy food. I eat more fish and chicken now instead of flesh plus more vegetables and fruits. You know, it's all said and written many times before, but I went deeper with the whole science. I almost only buy food now, that is good for my health and tastes fine, too. So, as a result I lost a few pounds and keep on doin' it. It's not as hard as it seems. Well, for some people it's probably harder because of genetic reasons, but that's just a few. Taking exercise is really the best way, meaning sports.
